Bring Back MYSTERY SCIENCE THEATER 3000 Kickstarter Launched by Joel Hodgson

Well, it seems that the boys have bought back the rights and properties of MYSTERY SCIENCE THEATER 3000 and are going to try and relaunch the show with a Kickstarter campaign.

Their initial goal is $2 million and only one day in they have already gotten $1,374,244 pledged of that goal 29 days to go. Needless to say, I’m fairly sure they’ll make it.

If they make only 2 mil they will produce 3 episodes. If they hit $3.3 Million they’ll do 6 episodes, $4.4 mil they can do 9 episodes and if they hit $5.5 million they can do 12 full episodes.
