In a surprise, although there were a few rumors floating around in the last couple of days, Entertainment Weekly has scooped the world with the first picture of the one-and-only Ryan Reynolds in costume as GREEN LANTERN!
The major event film due in theaters for Summer 2011 is based on the classic DC Comics character and the film also stars Tim Robbins, Peter Sarsgaard and Mark Strong and Blake Lively.

I was worried when I read the suit was going to be all CGI but it makes sense and looks cool in this pic at least
