Legendary actor Mickey Rooney dies at 93
Sad news. I doubt many people of the current generation understand the impact and popularity of Mickey Rooney at the height of his career at a very young age. He was the number one box office star in the world.
His films with Judy Garland still stand as a genuine slice of life of the 1930’s and 1940’s… at least the Hollywood version.
